I. Following a healthy lifestyle

Dear students, I think you know that nobody can be happy if he/she is not healthy both mentally and physically. So, to be happy we should, first of all, follow a healthy lifestyle. But how should we organize our everyday routine to have good results? These words and word combinations will help you to write your composition.

  To begin a day with a health lifestyle, it is best to start it with jogging or going for a walk. After a good jog it is best to have a sufficient breakfast made with healthy food. In order to have a good day, I recommend smiling. A good mood is always a good way to spend your day. You shouldn’t envy or be jealous. These are things that can ruin your day, because being in a bad mood is not something you should do. It is best to settle down on the days problems. You should work on your daily problems and not live with your dreams. Best way to get things done in your day, is to live your life in reality. Try not to waste time on other things and focus on getting your daily tasks done. It is also great to make friends with new people, because socializing is great for yourself. Last but not least, going on a hike once in a while is not only healthy for your body and your energy, but also helps you see how every step you take will help you overcome your problems and help you get to your dreams.

Future Perferct

Future Perfect in the Past

He said that he would have written the letter by 7 o’clock that day,	He said that the letter would have been written by 7 that day.

III. Finish these sentences using your own imagination.
